Return Policy

Hoods will be happy to assist you for refunds or returns.

Hoods conditions for a product to be Returned- Refunded:

  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
  • The following items cannot be returned: Underwear, lingerie, face masks, bodysuits, socks, bras (including sports bras) and swimwear.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
  • Item has been lost (either internationally or nationally).
  • Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
  • Hoods wasn’t able to meet the delivery terms agreed upon (items were delivered later than what was promised).
  • Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).
  • In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.   

Refund timeline

Return should be within 14 days. All refunds may take up to 15 calendar days to be applied.

Method of refund

The refund will be in form of store credit in Hoods wallet


There will be no extra charges for return except for shipping fees if existed in the original order.
